Introduction

Efficient communications within an organisation leads to competitive success. Minimising costs while maximising quality leads to higher productivity.

A family of reliable products scaleable for the size of site and the network topology, from point-to-point up to fully meshed configuration, with the flexibility to change and grow with your organisation.

Network Integration is all about cost saving with maximum quality of service extending your business communication throughout your organisation - and to your customers. The KMX 9000 Series solution from Case Communications offers a proven product with latest integration features to allow you to achieve these benefits.

Any concerns about the choice of technology disappear. Case Communications supplies the optimum solution.

  • Major cost savings in your business communications
  • Minimise network costs with quality voice compression
  • Avoid running separate networks for voice, on-line data and LAN
  • Interoperability between dissimilar PBXs with signalling conversion
  • Service your customers' local calls centrally anywhere in your network
  • Install full digital PBX connectivity economically even at your remote sites
  • Save the costs of PBX upgrades to achieve company-wide extension facilities

KMX 9000 Series allows full integration of all your voice and data business communications into a low-cost, reliable, flexible and manageable solution.

KMX 9000 Series saves money in PBX networking by allowing dissimilar switches to inter-operate, and by reducing expenditure in additional PBX hardware.

KMX 9000 Series even takes care of the various signalling standards which are fundamental for network-wide PBX Extension User facilities while allowing full integration of all data services.

Voice and data integration — what does it mean?

As organisations develop their activities, separate networks are used for different applications. For example, the voice communication is via a discrete PBX network of leased lines and public calls, a LAN-interconnect facility between sites may be via a router-based leased line network, and maybe the host-to-branch on-line data network is using its own leased line network. This implies excess expenditure on network charges and uncoordinated management of resources.

KMX 9000 Series brings voice and data together more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Even video conferencing and CCTV surveillance can be integrated. How? Network capacity - and cost - is shared between the applications maintaining the quality the discrete networks enjoyed. Furthermore, additional savings will result from KMX 9000's voice compression capabilities. Squeezing six times as much voice bandwidth into what is normally used for one will dramatically reduce the network bandwidth and the costs.

Integrating LAN and data into that same network, the KMX 9000 will mirror the previous levels of service while avoiding any network transmission delays, which can degrade certain applications.

Full network design will be carried out by the Case Communications Business Partners to optimise costs, quality and resilience while improving overall levels of service.

For example:

  • Full PBX functions can be made available network-wide
  • E-mail service can be improved
  • Service to your customers can be provided from anywhere in your integrated network

Above all, a KMX 9000 solution for Integrated Networking gives the assurance that your network users will have an improved level and quality of service. Case Communications will ensure that new features to benefit your network will be offered as part of on-going product development programmes.

To achieve major cost savings by bringing your business communications together, while optimising the PBX networking capabilities and using voice compression, you can take your data and voice facilities to all points of your organisation whether centralised or remote with the KMX 9000 solution from Case Communications.
