Services Overview

Communications hardware products are merely the building blocks of a network. To ensure successful implementation and continued ongoing operation, suppliers need to form partnerships with their customers and be able to offer a complete range of services.

At Case Communications, we pride ourselves on having some of the most experienced engineers in the industry, covering not only fashionable IP technology, but also core technologies such as TDM, SDH, ATM, stat muxes, modems, and voice and data integration.

Here we provide an overview of some of the services we offer to our customers. As with any dynamic living organisation, we are driven by customer demand, and we often tailor services to specific customer requirements.

Network Design

Our pre-sales engineers work with clients to understand their network connectivity needs and design solutions to meet those needs. We have over 20 years' expertise in wide area networking, having designed some of the largest enterprise networks in the UK and Europe. These networks consist of both local and wide area network technology and also include voice and data integration.

Network Management

With Case Communications Network Management service, trained network management professionals utilize state-of-the-art fault management tools to monitor our clients' network devices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Case Communications will perform real-time fault management, with procedural diagnosis, initiation of remedial action, and reporting on SNMP-enabled network devices and attached communications links. These services can be underpinned with reports providing information on criteria such Ticket Activity or Network Availability times against defined Service Level Agreements. Reports can be tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

Help Desk

Case Communications recognises the need for some customers to outsource help desk services to a third party. The driver for doing so may be the requirement to focus on core business or indeed to provide out of hours coverage in a scalable cost model.

Our help desk outsourcing service gives you the freedom to focus on your core competencies while giving your users and customers a professional, efficient, satisfying help desk experience. Our people, processes and technology give you the information to identify trends and anticipate training needs, increase responsiveness to your internal (or external) customers, and ultimately help you secure the reputation of providing quality service that allow you to provide mission critical support every day.

Deployment

Case Communications understand that clients may from time to time have a requirement to deploy hardware/software/upgrades and/or user training across a large number of end points in a short period of time, or may wish to engage the services of a wide area deployment specialist to deliver product and user training in order that they may stay focussed on their core competencies.

Case Communications is able to fulfill just that task for any organisation requiring these services in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Cabling

With so many people claiming to be cabling experts it is difficult to identify an organisation that really knows what it is doing when it comes to cabling. Many cabling firms merely check for continuity and fail to carry out full testing on their work – a sure recipe for disaster later on when levels of traffic grow and the cabling is required to deliver the performance it was specified to deliver.

Case Communications' cabling division is run by two communications engineers who have over thirty years' experience in the voice and data industry between them. They not only understand cabling but also the equipment that operates through that cabling and the dire consequences of badly run or terminated cables. This assures our customers of the highest possible levels of quality.

Leasing

Capital investment decisions are critical to the financial viability of all organisations. Whether you are a sole trader, Government body or an international conglomerate, the principles are still the same: a poor investment - or no investment at all - could leave your business in a position where it cannot compete effectively in the marketplace. Key to this decision is not just what to invest in, but how to finance the investment.

Even for cash rich companies, leasing and finance options provide a wide range of business benefits - from taxation savings and budgetary control to maintaining existing lines of credit or working capital.
