Staging

Case Communications' global pre-staging service can provide for a successful implementation of their network rollout project by assuring consistency of configurations across all sites. Staging done by Case Communications will reduce the customer's implementation time and expense.

 

Summary of Services

The activities that will take place in the staging offers are as follows:

  • Receipt of hardware/software to be included in staging project
  • Inventory of hardware/software
  • Assembly of hardware/software
  • Load and configure hardware and software per design specifications
  • Verify all discrete system components are integrated and tested as a system
  • Disconnect and package per customer requirement
  • Label, ship and document equipment to the proper site

Service does not include:

  • Shipping charges
  • Long term storage of equipment

Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing configuration information prior to staging
  • Shipping will be per customer instruction and at the customer expense (not in price)

Pricing is determined by the scope of the staging request. The quote will look at the number of different devices, testing requirements, and the size of the implementation.
