The Case Communications PIXE L3 8T 4X is a 1Gbps Layer 3 Industrial PoE Ethernet Switch, that has been designed for Industrial Ethernet Applications and applications requiring power. For example CCTV, and Wireless access Points. The switch is equipped with 6 Gigabit PoE +Ports and 2 PoE ++ (bt) ports capable of supplying 90 watts of power, and 4 x 10Gbps, 2.5Gbps / 1.25 Gbps SFP Ports. The PIXE L3 8T 4X supports Redundant Ring technology in the form of ERPSv2 as well as STP, RSTP and MSTP. It also supports Layer 3 routing using RIP v1 / v2 and IPv6 RIPng, OSFPv2 & Iv6 OSFPv3, BGP4 and IPv6 BGP4+ as well as Policy and Static Routes

Applications
The PIXE L3 8T 4X 10Gbps Layer 3 Industrial PoE Ethernet Switch has 6 x at / af (30w/15w) and 2 x bt (90w) PoE Ports and is an ideal switch to provide Wi-Fi Access Points, access to IP Phones or CCTV devices. Using embedded security, the users can work with confidence and authorised users can have access to the network and network devices.
