Base Repair
Case Communications’ modern ‘return-to-base’ Repair Centre is able to repair most of the original Case equipment as well as a range of other data communications products.The Repair Centre is divided into specialisation units, allowing engineers to work on the products or technologies with which they are most familiar. We also work in close partnership with third-party specialists and this allows us to offer repair facilities on a wide range of products. In the event that we are unable to repair an item, we will return that item to the customer without charge.Repair and maintenance contracts are available covering Case Communications’ or other vendors’ items.

Case Communications recognises that their customers may require support from time and time and provide both e-mail and telephone support for customers. The help desk assists with both installation and any operational or integration problems, and if required Case Communications can send technical support engineers to site to assist their customers
