Overview
The Case Communications PIMC-2GB-2SFP is an Industrial Gigabit PoE Media Converter, supporting 2 x 10/100/1000 Tx PoE /PoE+ Ports and 2 x 1000Base-X (SFP) Base Fibre ports. Using dual Fibre ports the PIMC 2GB 2SFP has the ability to re-route in the event of a fibre failure, using IEEE 802.1D (Spanning Tree).
- The PIMC 2GB-2SFP also supports IGMP V1, V2 V3 snooping which significantly reduced the network bandwidth for Multi-casting/The PIMC 2GB 2SFP support Broadcast Storm Control, and Jumbo Frames to 9KB.
- The PIMC-2GB-2SFP is constructed using an Industrial strength metal housing which conforms to IP40 and has dual power supplies operating from 48vdc ~ 57vdc.
- The PIMC -2GB-2SFP is an ideal choice for powering CCTV and Wireless Access points and other devices requiring power
